We are a Pan-American Life service unit, which provides Patient Support services primarily in incidents before and during the International Healthcare episode. Our goal is to Maximize Benefits and provide value-added services to our policyholders.
Patient Support and Maximization of Policy Benefits
Case evaluation by diagnosis and/or proposed treatment plan to guide policyholders at Premier PALIGMED International Medical Centers (in Latin America or the United States). Assistance with a second opinion and coordination of services to any network provider, either through direct negotiation or through the access network of our partners.
Constant monitoring of the health status of our policyholders
